Özet (EN)

Tarık Tufan, renowned as one of the prominent writers in contemporary literature, has been actively engaged in literary pursuits since the 2000s. Tufan who is a radio broadcaster, screenwriter, and author has works in the genres of essays, stories, novels, and screenplays. Besides, many of his works have been translated into various languages. In our study titled "Structure and Theme in Tarık Tufan's Novels", eight novels of the author are discussed with a structuralist analysis. This study was prepared in three parts and in the first part of the study, information about the author's life, art, and works is included. In the second part, titled Structure in Tarık Tufan's Novels, the identity, plot, narrator and point of view, time, place, and world of people in his novels are examined in chronological order. In the third part, titled Theme in Tarık Tufan's Novels, the main themes in his novels such as love, death, suicide, modern man/modern life, and loneliness are included.
