ABSTRACT The basic purpose of the education is the persons who have been educated in healthy and usefully by adopting for the society, also supporting them to be a useful member of the society. For putting these purposes in reality skills and interests are put in reality of the persons by education and it is also expected that these behaviors can be changed according to the purpose of the Ministry of Education. Professional Education is "time of education of the persons for a job, working field or preparation for a job." The developing quality on the purpose is quite important. The societies who are successful educating in high quality persons will be successful in economical development too. There are seven Handicrafts Education Centers connected to the General Directory of the Encouraging and Becoming Organized of the Ministry of Agriculture and Village on the professional common education among lots of organizations and foundations in our country. Nowadays, the schools each of which survives as Handicrafts Education Centers are required to be analyzed as a whole, to establish and consider their situations on professional working, occurred the problem of the research. The general aim of the research is the purpose of establishing of the Handicrafts Education Centers, the activities on education, additional to the education, and establishing and solutions of the problems during the education. The world of research ; The trainers who work on training and teaching at Bilecik, Kastamonu, Sivas, Muş, Düzce, Silifke, Elazığ Handicrafts Education Centers are important inThe aim of establishing of Handicrafts Education Centers General Directory of the Encouraging and Becoming Organized of the Ministry of Agriculture and Village is to realize the possibilities of employing and working capacity on countryside and helping them living in high quality on economically and socially by providing the people living there incoming or extra incoming. The students, girls or boys between froml4 to 20 years old who are taking courses are trained as boarding school students without payment from 8 to 16 months. Girl students are trained on weaving rugs, kilims and traditional clothes, the boys are trained on carving wood and stone, and silver working. The students who are really successful are given success certificate at the end of training term. Under the research of the seven handicrafts Education Centers there have been some problems on the education program, education situations, trainers, and marketing of the products. The programs which were established as a solution about the basic difficulties at the education centers have to be set up with necessary equipment according to the technology of the age, with great skills and knowledge experienced expert trainers about the handicrafts have to be appointed at the education centers. The products which have been produced at the Handicrafts Education centers according to the activities of training and teaching have to be produced for the daily needs, functional, with tourism value, good quality and necessary precautions about the producing of reflecting the Turkish handicrafts have to be taken; The quality of education at these centers are quite important for training the high quality persons.
