Necat ÖRENIt is necessary to know prices of machinery for various studies particularlyagricultural mechanisation planning. To determine the machinery prices per unit isvery important in order to establish a suitable park for the farm.In this study, the prices of machinery which have been manufactured inTurkey for the last seven years were evaluated in USD and Euro currency basis and itwas concluded that mean purchase prices could be safely used in any computationrelated farm mechanization management and planning studies.It was determined that the purchase price of agricultural equipment ischancing with number of unit.According to the results derived from the study, unit purchasing prices of discplough, moldboard plough, chisel, cultuvator, fertilizer broadcaster and combineddrill machines were respectively, 737 â¬/m (759 $/m), 485 â¬/m (517.3 $/m), 300.7â¬/m (317.3 $/m), 213.1 â¬/m (222.8 $/m), 24.5 â¬/m (25 $/m).Key words : Purchase price of Agricultural Machinery; Agricultural MachineryManagement, Unit Purchasing Price.II
