Abstract (EN)

In this study, automatic controlled test device which used in determining on mechanical properties of biologic materials especially was purposed to design and manufacture.The system which is going to design will be used at determining some mechanical properties of agricultural materials. Force-Deformation values of test material under time will be examined by this system. Force application velocities of the test contrivance are between 0,01 mm/s ? 10 mm/s were aimed. Besides, the values of force and deformation transferring to computer are analogue, interval of value is 25 ms the minimum and more value obtaining was aimed. So, force and deformation values will be read in every 25 ms and transferred in computer.To start with, principles and definitions related with automatic control and design were determined. Mechanical design of test device was formed. Then, PLC and control components were added for controlling the system by computer. Lastly, computer programs were written by using suitable program languages.At the end of the studies, automatic controlled test device which works suitable with principles and definitions that were determined after was designed and manufactured.
