Özet (EN)
Instead of using classical sampling method when dealing with population that are rare, masked and at the same time cluster population, in order words, when dealing with population that are difficult to observe, usind adaptive sapmling design provides more effective estimators. The effectivenes of the estimators obteined with adaptive sampling design is influenced by many factors such as the choice of initial sampling, determination of relations of neighbours and determinetion of the C criteria. In this study discussed that the effiency of choice of initial sampling methods with used the modified adaptive sampling estimators. It is seen that using cluster sampling as initial sampling will e beter in order to represent the studied population, which is clustered and difficult to observe and that using the modified estimators, beter results will be reached.
