Özet (EN)

In this study, 50 chicken meat samples were collected from markets in Adanaand Gram positive coc strains were tried to be isolated from these samples. Inisolated strains, growth on selective media and gram dye were tested.30 of isolates that were obtained from chicken meat samples were foundgram(+) coccus 4 of described isolates as Enterococcus spp., 4 of them as S. aureusand 22 of them as KNS were defined. In conclision of tests of antibiotic resistant, itwas found that %50 of Enterococcus spp. were resistant to erytromycin, %100 ofthem were resistant tetracycline, %50 of them were resitant to vancomycin, %50 ofthem were resistant to chloramphenicol and %75 of them were to resistant tociprofloxacin. No one of them found to be resistant to teicoplanin in isolate ofEnterecoccus spp.It was found that, % 25 of S. aureus isolate were resistant to erytromycin,%100 of them were resistant to tetracycline and %25 of them were resistant tochloramphenicol, but also respectively %25 of them, %100 of them and %25 of themwere sensitive to vancomycin, teicoplanin and ciprofloxacin. As for isolate of KNS, it was determined that %68.1 of them were resistant toerytromycin , %77,2 of them were resistant to tetracycline, %59 of them wereresistant to vancomycin, %9 of them were resistant to teicoplanin, %27,2 of themwere resistant to both chloramphenicol and ciprofloxacin.
