Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of active pharmaceutical ingredients such as acetaminophen and gemfibrozil, which are often consumed today, on Ahmetağa, Cemre and Michelangelo wheat varieties have been researched. 50 mg, 100 mg and 250 mg of acetaminophen and gemfibrozil with these three concentrations were added to the soil used in the study. 7 g of seed of wheat varieties was planted on 650 g of soil which was mixed with active pharmaceutical ingredient and then it was covered with 100 g of soil. The watering process was performed periodically in accordance with the field capacity. Wheat was harvested at the end of the 15th day. After the harvested samples had been pretreated, mineral element concentrations were determined on ICP-OES. The relationship between the control samples and samples grown at different concentration was statically evaluated at 95% confidence interval and it was determined that there was significant differences. In this study, when the samples treated with acetaminophen and gemfibrozil are compared to control group, it is observed that there has been a decrease in the mineral element uptake of wheat based on the concentration increase.
