Abstract (EN)

Social media, which came into our lives with the 2000s, has caused television, which had previously maintained Its popularity for about a century, to lose its importance. Of .course, this was not just a success achieved by the invention of social media. Technological developments in the field of mass communication and the abstraction of communication from time andSAADETace in the past years have caused no one to turn their backs oh social media, and social media has turned into a medium that both individuals and many legal entities benefit from not only in communication but also in many areas of life. The fact that ifSAADETreads over an unlimited area m a short time and is an unconstrained means of communication, as well as being very economical and practical, has become an appetizer for many of achieve their goals, and it has not been delayed to attract the attention of political parties, which are among their primary objectives to reach the crowds in various ways due to its characteristics It has become the headquarters of small parties, which have been away from power for many years and are deprived of financial state aid because they are below a certain rate of votes, or they cannot benefit from the blessings of power, and therefore have difficulty in finding volunteer activists. In 2002, the coalition period that had been going on for years in Turkey was left behind and a period in which veryfew of the existing parties could form groups in the parliament started. For a long time, getting more or less the same results from the elections and the resulting parliamentary arithmetic forced the parties outside the parliament to take advantage of social media as an opposition party outside the parliament, as well as party propaganda. In this study, the political parties that have a group in the parliament and benefit from the state support and that have millions of members and receive financial support from tens of thousands of these members and collect donations as the ruling party, the ruling partner or the opposition party; How these small parties, which did not succeed in reaching 3% of the votes in the elections and therefore lacked the necessary financial means for election work, struggled in digital environments to close these inequalities with the big parties with social media studies, the work they did and the gains they gained from these studies, and most importantly, how hopeful they are from social media studies has been revealed.
