Abstract (EN)
In this study, supply cahin performance evaluated by using artificial neural network methods in a company operating in the retail sector. First, the variables affecting supply chain performance are scaled by artificial neural network with cost, customer satisfaction and flexibility taken as and their sub-variables. Later, radial basis neural network, multilayer perceptron neural network and multiple neural network methods are compared in order to determine the optimal neural network method in the model. According to our results, customer satisfaction sub ? variables are found to be the most important variables and the optimal neural network method being the multiple neural network method. Key Words 1. Supply Chain Management. 2. Supply Chain Performance. 3. Radial Basis Neural Network. 4. Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network. 5. Multiple Neural Network
