Fuzzy goal programming approach to supply chain management

Abstract (EN)

As a result of difficult competitive conditions in global markets, increasing customer expectations and advances in technology, supply chain management has been one of ever increasing importance issues. All of these developments forced to businesses to reduce costs throughout the supply chain and to give more importance to customer satisfaction. When the costs are decreasing, production and distribution functions need to be brought to each other closely related. In this study, supply chain evaluated as integrated structure and multiobjective production-distribution model was developed for problem. Due to both the integrated structure and the human factor inhold of supply chain include uncertainty by reason of random events, the subjective decisions of the levels of desire, lack of data, undefinitive of the current data. Uncertainty was included in the model has been developed using fuzzy set theory. The solutions have obtained by using linear triangular membership functions and non-linear hyperbolic membership functions. When the results with the two membership functions compared, we obtained higher degree of membership for the non-linear hyperbolic membership function. It was observed that the results obtained were more reflective due to the nonlinearity of real-life problems.
