An effect of cargo services' satisfaction on online buying behaviour in supply chain management: An application in Izmir

In this study, it has been researched satisfaction's of cargo services effect which is one of the supply chain circles on online buying behavior. In this scope, it has been directed some questions to the participants about demographic, cargo scale which is prepared in accordance with SERVPERF scale for measuring cargo service performance and some question about online buying behaviour for measuring online buying behaviours. Study has been conducted on people studying at İzmir Katip Çelebi University and people living in Karşıyaka/İzmir. Prepared questionnaire has been directed randomly to the participant. Results are analyzed and interpreted with the help of SPSS. It has been analyzed differences according to participants' gender, age, marital status, educational status, employment status and monthly personal income. It has been determined some differences in terms of both cargo service performance and satisfaction of cargo services and online buying behaviours according to demographic conditions in this study. It has been researched effect of cargo service performance on satisfaction of cargo services and over online buying behavior and it has been determined at a certain level effect. On the other hand, it has been researched effect of satisfaction of cargo services on online buying behavior and it has been determined few effect. As a result of generated hypothesis, many hypothesis has been confirmed in terms of specified factors.
