Abstract (EN)

The effort to be stronger in competition among the companies operating in the field of supply chain management in the globalizing trade environment is increasing day by day. Businesses carry out many activities, small or large, and these activities form parts of a whole within the supply chain. Businesses were working with few suppliers within the borders of the country with their own means, but today, thanks to globalization and widespread technology, businesses have had to manage their supply chains that are much longer and have more rings. At this stage, businesses need to anticipate risky situations that may occur. As of August Covid-19 epidemic disease, which we are currently living in, has been transmitted to more than 25 million people worldwide and has killed more than 850 thousand people. Supply chains of enterprises that do not take any precautions against this risk and do not take precautions have been broken. In this study, the effects of risks on supply chain integration and performance in supply chain were investigated. The research has been planned in two stages. In the first stage, 216 managers of 71 enterprises were reached by face-to-face interview method in order to determine the importance of risks, 77 risk types were asked as expressions, and the relationship between demographic factors and risk perceptions was examined by T test and ANOVA. As a result of the first stage, the ranking of risk factors was made. In the context of emphasizing the pre-pandemic perception of the Covid-19 epidemic; although there is an epidemic risk factor among the risk factors for which the managers are scored, it has been observed that they are not given enough points. In the second stage of the research, it was tried to measure the integration and performance levels of the supply chain with a new scale developed as a result of ranking the risks obtained from the first stage. The questionnaire was applied to 504 managers of 93 enterprises by face-to-face interview method, the relationship between demographic factors and the impact of supply chain risks on supply chain integration and performance was examined by T test and MANOVA, and the research model was analyzed using structural equation modeling path analysis method. During the research, 621 studies conducted in the last 20 years related to the thesis topic were examined and in the literature review section, chi-square analysis of the distribution according to the publication year, the type of publication, the sector of the publication, the method used in the publication and the structural features of the publication In addition, a conceptual research model was created in the light of the data obtained from the literature. Research results; shows that there are generally significant negative relationships between supply chain risks and supply chain integration and performance, and positive relationships between supply chain integration and supply chain performance.
