Özet (EN)

In this thesis study, in a multi level supply chain, by integrating goal programming, DEMATEL and analytical network process approaches a multi objective linear programming model that considers qualitative and quatitative factors has been proposed. In first objective function minimization of total transportation and fixed facility costs, in second objective function minimization of total transportation times and in third objective function maximum qualitative factors utility has been purposed. It has been represented by goal programming and by DEMATEL-ANP methods in third objective function. Firstly, basic information about supply chain management is included in this part. The scopes of supply chain is described and the role of the network design in supply chain is explained. In second step, a literature survey is done for the network design in supply chain. In third step, a company in automotive sector is examined as a case study. In the proposed model, selection decisions among the facility and distribution center locations ara made and the amount of the products that have to be transported between facilities are calculated. GAMS (21.6) optimization software has been used. In the last section, the results are compared after evaluation of goal programming under different scenarios and it presented to the decision makers. Later, a brief conclusion part is given.
