Abstract (EN)

In order to maintain a continuous development and to achieve success in global competition, organizations must establish a efficient and measurable management structure for their Supply Chain. Efficiency and measurability is vital for the modeling process of the management structure to be established. In maintaining organizational quality, the critical point is, that suppliers provide any material, which is effecting the product quality or are carried by the product, each and every time at desired quality, price, quantity and within desired period of time. Supplier assessment methods include conclusions to be made for selecting suppliers and measuring their performance, systematic studies for identifying suppliers eligible to meet the expectations in line with the corporate objectives and preferred suppliers for material purchase.The assessment of Supplier Quality System within this study builds up an systematic assessment framework, using Analytical Hierarchical Process(AHP), analyzing supplier performance within the business period, in order to decide whether the conclusions made for the suppliers do comply with scientific methods.In scientific management models, the process between product supply of manufacturers and customer delivery is defined as the Supply Chain Management. For this reason, during literature survey for the study subject, the areas of Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management and Supplier were reviewed and relevant scientific studies published were utilized.
