A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING THE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE (M.Sc. Thesis) Tahsin ÇETİNYOKUŞ GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY May 2003 ABSTRACT Managers spend the most of their times to making decisions. Making correct and consistent decision, depend on producing required information. This is possible by constructing the information systems. Decision support systems (DSS) is an Information system and provide the support to the decision makers for especially decisions with high degree of uncertainity by using analytical model(s). In this thesis, A DSS which produces the alternative situations for user about to make in decision about supplier relationship management and supplier evaluation, is developed.
