The evaluation of the work of Muhammed Huseyn, al-Meayiru'l-Kabul Ve'r-Red li Tefsiri'n-Nassi'l-Kur'ani

Muslims have done studies continuously to understand, to comment and to live the Quran from the very first interlocutors to the present. The main purpose of these studies is to comprehend divine revelation correctly and to makeit actual. Thus, people are in a state of constant change and at the same time their lifestyles are also caused by this change. In such a situation, the interlocutors of Holy Qur'an have tried to determine the ways of the accurate results to understand the divine revelation and to be able to interpret correctly on current events. However it loses its status as a living phenomenon for all generations after the first addressees of the Qur'an, the temporal difference also progresses. In this instance, there is a serious gap between the Qur'an and its addresses and this situation reminds us to be more careful in commentary. For this purpose, Muslim reflectors, philosophers and scientists tried to do some various studies and to put forth various studies and standards to comprehend the Holy Qur'an and to comment rightly. For this purpose, the main standard of these studies is to determine the necessary principles and methods to understand the Holy Qur'an and to comment corectly. Although these principles and methods are said constantly in the first parts of the commentaries and in the Ulum al-Qur'an, some information that interpreter should pay attention to in their interpretation studies and that they can also benefit from in their work has been presented. However, whether this information is sufficient to form a methodology was also discussed. New approaches to developing methodology continue today. It is known that fiqh method has an independent methodology in basic Islamic sciences. It is quite important to determine the possibilities and the limitations of understanding and interpretation activities of fiqh in Qur'an. The aim in this study we done to examine the possibilities and the limitations of commentary that is written in order to understand the Qur'an and solve the methodology problem. The work called el-Meâyîru'l-Kabûl ve'r-Red li Tefsîri'n-Nassi'l-Kur'ânî was written by Dr. el-Hüseyni is an interpretation study based on fiqh method. We will try to evaluate the adequacy, possibilities and limits of such a method in terms of understanding and interpreting the Qur'an by evaluating this study.
