Ultrahazardous activity liability of enterprises

With the acceptence of Turkish code of obligations many new innovations have come to force. One of this is danger liability. Danger liability is much more of a strict type of liability than other liability types. Enterprise activities constitues the subject of this liability. This dissertation joind the debates regarding the article 71 of the turkish code of obligations. Even though many subjects regarding this issue have been debated for so long, the debates still continue. Yhe first chapter of this research will cover the historical development of danger liability and the regulation of the danger liability as general clause. Second chspter will be about the general regulations and how the article 71 will be conducted. The notion of damage and the legal consequences of danger liability will be examined in chapter 3.
