Abstract (EN)

With the increasing consumer behavior and the global trade, also the need of transportation of goods and raw material is rapidly increasing. This increasing demand of transportation brings also its rules with it. Together with normal, routine non-risk containing goods, also goods with risks to human, animals or the nature have to be transported. Due to the they risk they contain, their transportation needs additional rules and applications. Therefore a risk management is required for the transportation of dangerous goods. Together with the literature research of this work, local and global practices regarding the basics of dangerous goods regulations have been studied. The common characteristics have been analysed. Both similar and different features of the standart and dangerous goods risk management have been compared. With the practice part of the study, a real combined transportation of a dangerous good has been analysed. During the practise both right and wrong applications of local and global regulations have been analysed. The wrong and the right practises have been compared. The wrong process has been shown in comparison to the local and global legal regulations. Especially the elements of the risk management in Turkey have been highlighted. The aim with this work is to present an unique study. Keywords: Risk Management, Dangerous Goods, Training.
