Abstract (EN)

In this study, 15 stations for water samples and 20 stations for soil samples were determined along Çorlu Stream which is an important branch of the Ergene Basin. In this study, 3 samples were taken from each station and some physicochemical and heavy metal analyzes were performed. It was aimed to measure the pollution level and the effect of the improvement studies in recent years by comparing the results obtained with previous years. When the results of some physicochemical (pH, EC, Na, Ca+2 + Mg+2, K+, CO3-2 - HCO3-, RSC, ESP, SAR and Irrigation Water Class) analysis were evaluated in the water samples, Class IV for Na + (mg / L) value of and Class C3S1 on the 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10th stations of the irrigation water class was found . In terms of the results of heavy metal analysis; no problems were observed in the results of Zn, Cu, Cr, As, Cd, Pb, Ni. In addition, it has been observed that there has been improvement according to the results of analysis in the past years. The values of the analysis results of Fe and Mn elements are; 587 to 8969.7; 120,5-329,7 μg / L. It is seen that the 9th and 10th stations have exceeded the permissible limit values in the 9th and 10th stations in the Fe element and the 2nd 5th 6th 7th 8th in the Mn element. In the soil samples, physicochemical and heavy metal analyzes were performed and no serious problem was found in the results of physicochemical analysis. According to the results of heavy metal analysis; the results of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni, Cr, Cd, Ni, Hg, Sn, Co and As are below the permissible limit values. The results of the Ba element analysis were measured as 135.5-389.7 mg / kg and the results were above the permitted limit values. Water and the Soil Pollution Control Regulations should be followed in order to ensure that the well-qualified and fertile soils of the Ergene basin and the water resources that feed this basin are not exposed to environmental pollution. In addition, care should be taken to ensure that breeding activities continue without interruption and necessary checks are carried out.
