Abstract (EN)

The experiment was carried out in the open area in the Sapling Production Facility belonging to Tekirdağ Viticulture Research Institute in 3 iterative according to the divided plots in random blocks. In this study, a total of 144 Alphonse Lavallee variety grapevine saplings, 4 vine saplings (Vitis vinifera L.) for each application, different doses of vermicompost in each hole where these seedlings will be planted, and 6 different combinations (Control, VC1.5MG0, VC3MG0, VC0MG0.75, VC0MG1.5, VC1.5MG0.75) of 15-15-15 compound fertilizers were used. BS (biogas fluid fertilizer) and SS (irrigation water) were used for the irrigation of the saplings in certain periods. At the end of the sapling growing period, the development of the plant nutrient content and the vegetative parts of the seedlings were observed and some effects of the fertilizer used in irrigation with different fertilizer doses on the seedlings were compared. In terms of plant nutrients, positive increases were observed in N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu elements especially in BS applications with increasing doses of vermicompost. The N values determined in the average plant nutrient contents of the applications varied between %1.89-2.64 and the highest value was obtained from BS application with %2.64 of vermicompost application in the 3rd trial (VC3MG0). Phosphorus also reached the highest value with %0.30 in the BS application of the 3rd trial (VC3MG0), and the highest nutrient content in the calcium element was obtained from the BS application of the 6th trial (VC1.5MG0.75) with %2.80. It was observed that the increasing vermicompost dose increased the Fe ratio in the leaf by 175 mg kg-1 above the limit value. In general, the average nutrient values of the areas where irrigation water (SS) is applied were found to be %11.2-%34.1 lower than the biogas fluid waste fertilizer (BS) applications. It has been observed that the plant nutrient contents of the fertilizer applications are statistically significant (P≤0.05). It has been determined that it has no significant effect on the K element. With a general evaluation, it was observed that positive results were obtained when vermicompost (VC) and biogas fluid fertilizer (BS) were applied.
