Özet (EN)
Technology-focused Human Resources Management has rapidly emerged as a growing academic discipline over recent decades. This evolution has spurred numerous studies examining various aspects of technology-oriented HRM from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The widespread use of technology in HRM and the increasing research in this area complicates understanding of the literature's general structure and main themes. Thus, this thesis aims to provide a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of technology-focused HRM. The research offers a comprehensive analysis of the HRM literature using scientific mapping methods. 1,303 English-language documents published between 2014 and 2023 in the Web of Science database and indexed in SSCI, ESCI, and SCI Expanded were identified. The study focused on articles published in business and management related to technology-oriented human resources management. Non-article documents were excluded from the analysis. In the WOS database, articles were filtered using the keywords "technology," "human resources management," "Electronic Human Resources Management," and "e-HRM." Subsequently, analyses supported by the VOSviewer software, including Co-Authorship Analysis, Co-citation Analysis, Citation Analysis, and Keyword Co-occurrence Analysis, were conducted. According to the findings, the most productive authors are Pawan Budhwar, Ashish Malik, Vijay Pereira, Manlio Del Giudice, Jaap Paauwe, and Soumyadeb Chowhurry, with Pawan Budhwar emerging as the most collaborative author in the field of Technology-Oriented Human Resources. Among the 81,561 references analyzed, Barney, J. (1991), with the work Firm Resources and Sustained Competitive Advantage, is identified as the study with the highest total link strength and citation count. Other works with strong link strengths and high citation counts include Fornell, C. (1981) Evaluating Structural Equation Models With Unobservable Variables and Measurement Error, published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Podsakoff, P.M. (2003) Common Method Biases in Behavioral Research: A Critical Review of the Literature and Recommended Remedies in Journal of Applied Psychology, and Hair J.F. (2014) Multivariate Data Analysis. The most-cited work overall is Brave New World: Service Robots in the Frontline, published in 2018 and received 892 citations over ten years. Another notable work, Green Innovation and Organizational Performance: The Influence of Big Data and the Moderating Role of Management Commitment and HR Practices, published in 2019, has accrued 562 citations, making it the second most-cited publication on technology-oriented HRM. The institution with the highest citation count in this field is the University of New South Wales. Prominent keywords associated with technology-oriented HRM include HRM, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), artificial intelligence, innovation, Industry 4.0, human capital, knowledge management, information technology, e-HR, human resource management practices, information systems, and HR analytics. Consequently, technology-oriented HRM studies primarily focus on HRM, SMEs, artificial intelligence, innovation, and Industry 4.0.
