Abstract (EN)
?Technology? and ?Design? concepts have been getting importance in the world. These concepts show their importance at the necessary stages of education systems at the different subjects day by day. In this context a new subject named Design and Technology has been applied at the sixth, the seventh and the eighth grades also in our country since 2006. At the first and the second stages, the subject is based on design but when we come to third stage it is designed according to an application that is completely focused on production. However we can say that there are some problems in terms of the needs to the technological process during the application. A data collection has been realized about the problems appeared in the application and production process of this subject as a result it is realized that there are problems in these processes and a project management model can be useful. With this project management model it is aimed to achieve successful results by taking the project management processes under discipline. This model is applied to different groups and tested statistically. The result of the test is positive; in this aspect some suggestions have been developed.
