An ampric research on the regulatory role of the organization's level of innovation in the effect of technological readiness on entrepreneurial tendency

Adapting to new technologies is as important as having new technologies. Therefore, technology culture and technological inclinations of people are important. Optimism and innovation are positive reasons for the propensity to technology. On the other hand, discomfort and insecurity are negative attitudes. There is a positive relationship between technological tendency and entrepreneurial tendency. Innovation and organizational innovation can also have an impact between technological tendency and entrepreneurial tendency. The question of this research; Does the level of innovation have a regulatory effect on the impact of technological propensity on entrepreneurial tendency? For this purpose, the regulatory role of the innovation level of the organization in the effect of technological disposition on entrepreneurial tendency was investigated. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between technological tendency and entrepreneurial tendency and to determine whether organizational innovation has a regulatory role in this relationship. Based on this, the data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS program and the findings obtained from the analysis were interpreted. Since the data showed normal distribution, parametric tests (T-Test and Anova) were used in the analyzes and correlation and regression analyzes were performed. According to the results, technological tendency has a positive effect on entrepreneurship tendency and it is determined that the innovation level of the organization has a regulatory role on the effect of technological tendency on entrepreneurship tendency.
