Analysis of state supports in the financing of businesses located in technoparks

Technoparks are special areas established to support the R&D and innovation-oriented activities of universities, to encourage technology-based entrepreneurship and to bring together the industry and the academic world. Technoparks provide the necessary infrastructure for the commercialization of R&D projects, the development of innovative products and services, and the establishment and development of new technology-based businesses. Technoparks develop innovative solutions for industrial needs by collaborating with industrial organizations. At the same time, they enable the commercialization of scientific and technological knowledge by carrying out R&D projects for companies in cooperation with universities. In addition, innovative entrepreneurship activities of businesses are encouraged within the technopark by providing many tax deductions, exemptions and exceptions within the scope of the Technology Development Law No. 4691 on research and development, innovation and design.
