The intermadiate role of techno strain in the effect of information security violation of technostress

Technology is currently at the summit of the list of crucial advancements that shape our time. A rapid shift is brought on by the advancements in information and communication technologies, which are a return to technology. This shift must be adhered to by more than just employees. As a result, more people working in the technology industry make mistakes. The purpose of this study is to look into the connection between workers working in the information field and levels of technological stress and information security breaches. Using the simple sampling technique, study data were gathered from 301 participants who resided in the provinces of Ankara, Istanbul, Kocaeli, Izmir, Trabzon, and Gümüşhane and actively used information technologies. The study's findings demonstrate a positive correlation between elevated levels of techno-stress and techno-strain. In addition, information security policy violations are favorably correlated with high levels of techno-stress. In addition to these results, it has been established that the infringement of the information security policy and the techno-strain level are favorably correlated. The most recent study finding was that there is a mediating relationship between information security violation and techno-strain level. It is advised that organizations decrease employee levels of technological stress and tension in light of these findings. Another suggestion is the creation and application of policies at the place where information security is violated.
