Research on the relationship between Teksas Supporter Group supporters and nationalism

The general aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between the supporters of the Teksas Supporter Group and nationalism, which constitutes a dimension of the Teksas Supporter Group's subculture. In accordance with this aim, the political attitudes of the supporters of the Fan Group and the trends of nationalism have been tried to be illuminated. The research utilized quantitative data collection methods. The quantitative data were gathered from the supporter of the Teksas Supporter Group by utilizing open and closed questions and nationalism scale. As a result of the research, it was determined that the majority of the Texas Supporter Group have Turkism and Islamic centered nationalism view, is composed of young, single, educated men, most of whom were born in Bursa and whose country is Bursa. According to the obtained data, education status, age, profession and political attitudes are seen as determinants of nationalism tendencies.
