Abstract (EN)
Industrial noise has become one of the most important problems in the last century in terms of ear health, psychology and working efficiency of employees. In order to meet the increasing consumption need in the world, in the technological development of machines; productivity and increased production speed are at the forefront. However, with the increasing production speeds in recent years, the exposure of workers to noise has increased and therefore, taking into account the health problems that have arisen, the elimination of noise sources has taken its place in technological developments. The approach to occupational health and safety has become increasingly important in national and international legislation, and as a result, has created the basis for the development and development of noise protection programs. Together with all industrial branches, the textile sector, which has high noise levels, was also affected by these developments. In the scope of the study, ring and rotor machines, which are among the most widely used machines with the highest noise level, were examined in the production of yarn with high noise level. Firstly, the parameters related to sound and noise have been defined, the noise sources of ring and rotor machines have been investigated, the measurement methods used to evaluate the noise have been emphasized and by using the TS EN ISO 11202 standard selected one of the machines from all model of machine and analyzed it on the ring and open-end machines in two different factories in Uşak and Torbalı. Measurements were performed at 6 different points of each machine. Frequency-based sound pressure levels emitted by the machines and the equivalent noise levels obtained from sound pressure levels are evaluated in charts and graphs and according to the results, the noise levels of the machines, the effects of technological developments on the noise, the causes of the noise caused by the ring and rotor machines and recommendations are given.
