The relationship between the level of cyber loofingand the corporate culture and its effects on the work satisfaction at Turk Telekom

Nowadays the internet and use of communication technologies is very widespread. This causes people to use the internet at work for private purposes which leads to discussions about cyber loofing. Besides there are also studies about the relation and the effect of cyber loofing and work satisfaction. In this study, first information about cyber loofing, corporate climate and work satisfaction is provided and then the relationship between these concepts are tried to be defined. A resarch has been done. A questionnaire was applied to 396 employees of Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. According to the results of the research relationship between some of the subdimensions of cyber loofing and corporate climate have been determined. Besides relationship between some of the subdimensions of cyber loofing and work satisfaction have been determined.
