In this thesis presentation analysis of improvement on children?s self-confidence is done thorough the importance of theatre over their growth. The aim of this research is to observe and examine at the end to determine if the students will get benefit in the theatre to grow their social development or not. At the same time it is studied that whether the student who joined this theatre training and who had been joined previously, give some help in academic way of behaving and improving in this process. In the first part of research the subject of child and education has been discussed and additionally the topic of play touched upon. In the second part children?s education and theatre subjects are being debated and wider research is being referred. In the third part concrete results of theatre over children?s education and development are analyzed and improvement of children by theatre is shown. In the data processing duel pole is applied. The data was applied to all the participating student?s teachers and parents and the result were compared. Key words: Theatre, children?s development, mental development, creativity, the educational function of theatre.
