Appreciation on Technology and Design training program in basic education and practices of vıı. class training program within the teachers? points of views

The technology and design teachers? who are worked at level of primary schools, points of views on Technology and Design Training Program what was put into practice at 2006-2007 training period is a target of the thesis.This descriptive study was based on searching model where was gathered relevant data prepared questionnaire in order to apply to teachers and was searched literature sources.The teachers who charged with Technology and Design Training Program in Çankaya, Mamak, Gölbaşı, Yenimahalle, Altındağ districts of Ankara constituted limits of thesis.The questionnaire was applied to total 249 teachers in spite of the difficult to reach out all the relevant teachers and these questionnaires were utilized as numerical data and hereby SPSS-13 statistics method was used that these results were explained and discussed at findings.When the numerical data which has taken via above mentioned questionnaires was evaluated it was seen that some teachers who are previous commerce teaching informed negative observations about the Technology and Design Training Program than the others that there were variable differences as sexuality, professional experiment etc. here between the cooperated teachers.Thus a result of this; `insufficient in-service training? and `insufficiency for training tools? are important determinants were accepted as for practicability of Technology and Design Training Program. Even so, it has appeared that the teachers used explanation method and question-answer techniques.Finally, the teachers need to improve observation form, performance evaluation and a graded key at program tools.
