Abstract (EN)
Within the scope of the thesis, 100% tencel fabric is woven on a fixed loom with the same warp and weft thread count. This fabric was pre-treated and different dyeing methods were used in the finishing mill. At the end of the methods, the study was concluded by applying washing, drying, finishing and airo24 processes. Laboratory test results of dyed fabrics were examined in terms of weight, density, pilling, sanforizing, pH, sweat fastness, washing fastness, abrasion, breaking, tearing, test values. In this context, the first one was jet dyeing, the second was E-control, and the third was pad batch dyeing in the dye finishing plant of 100% tencel fabric. Then, the test results were evaluated in the laboratory in drying and finishing airo24 applications to the fabrics. In the data obtained, it was observed that the third dyeing method, the pad batch dyeing method, was more accurate considering the operating dyeing conditions.
