Abstract (EN)

In this study, the Aegean Region in thermal tourism thermal accommodation establishments and therefore the thermal accommodation business sector of the factors affecting the level of competition (according to Porter's Five Forces Model of these factors, the threat of entry, the intensity of competition between existing firms in the industry, threat of substitute service class buyers power and the power of the supplier) and which factors in the competitiveness of your business is to determine that the effective thermal accommodation. This research literature method was preferred in the creation of conceptual and theoretical framework. Book in the Type field for this purpose, articles, papers, reports and academic theses scanned, the information obtained was used in the study in accordance with the principles of academic work. In the practical part of the study, the survey technique is widely used as a method of data collection in scientific research is preferred. The creation of the research questionnaire and form the questions, the literature was conducted and appropriate research questions are selected. 1 part of the research questionnaire for identifying the characteristics of the thermal accommodation businesses and managers are composed of multiple-choice questions. In Section 2 of the questionnaire is 5'Likert Scale is located in the form of 18 closed-ended questions proposition. Part 2, to be able to analyze the competitiveness of business accommodation situated in the research universe, classified according to Porter's Five Force Model consists of questions. The data obtained in the form of research surveys; was used in the analysis of thermal accommodation business competitiveness. Research data using SPSS 20.0. Were analyzed with the Statistical Package Program assistance and findings have been interpreted using literatüre. According to the findings; the thermal tourism sector accommodation operations of intense competition, the competition has reached the conclusion that took place between the more medium and small-sized enterprises. Also in the sector, large-scale and located in the luxury segment of the hospitality business, more competitive compared to other businesses and have been shown to have the advantage. As a result of analysis of the data according to the achieved results; on competitiveness and competition level of thermal accommodation establishments, to be effective five forces competitive factors and the company has concluded that the conditions of stay of these forces determine. In this context, the thermal accommodation establishments, developing a personalized service delivery to individual-oriented activities are proposed to increase their competitiveness in their differentiation from its competitors and the industry.
