Abstract (EN)

In this study,a new web-based portal software was developed so that it?s used as a supportive educational material at Commercial and Vocational Schools having modular education and this portal was evaluated in terms of technical structure, visuality and educational qualities. The questionnaire released for this survey was carried out on Information Technology, Accounting and Finance teachers composed of a sampling group of forty at Çobanoğlu Ticaret Meslek Lisesi in Seyhan,Adana. It was conducted a preliminary survey of contents of those modules used as a training material at educational institutions before building up a new software. According to the opinions acquired for this survey,it is understood that those modules used as teaching materials at Commercial and Vocational Schools are not sufficient. As a result,it was considered that it would be very helpful to prepare some kind of online web portal on the net http://www.moduldestek.com and then the software has been made available to the sampling group. At the end of the survey, the portal was thought to be completely successful. However, some negative responses were received in connection with the visuality; directions on the pages 25%, use of colours 12,5%, long-term use of the software without getting bored 25%.t would be appropriate for the students and teachers to use the portal during a period of time in order to get some adequate feedback. In addition,it is better if the units that prepared those modules within MEGEP evaluate the portal.
