Legal results of registration to commercial register

During our study, legal results about third parties and register relevants of registration to commercial register, the place of the principle of confidence to registration in our judicial system, the damages arising from keeping the commercial register, the responsibility of organizations that keeping the record of state and register, and the recourse mechanism that will be transmitted against faulty persons because of occuring damage and legal characteristic of this responsibility are tried to be examined in detail. A compilation of works written about this subject has been made with this study and the conclusions have been reified by judicial decisions. The principle of confidence to apperance and the rule of the State and the relevant chamber are conjointly responsible of damages arising from keeping the commercial register that not taking place in our judicial system in the period of TTK numbered 6762 have been arranged by legal arrangement with TTK numbered 6102; by this means important steps have been taken in the name of providing process security; the confidence to precision and accuracy of register has been consolidated. The most important change provided with TTK numbered 6102 is the convergence to legal arrangement of keeping the commercial registers electronically. By this means, contrary to commercial registry gazette the electronic register providing access to records in the register will properly implement the public feature of register; it will clear the way for knowledge acquisition about trader and commercial enterprises by contacting with one button in internet environment; thus it will be allowed for easily knowledge acquisition from the registers at the same time.
