Abstract (EN)

The vane pumps , which especially are preferred for working closed areas in hydraulic system, use in many areas of transferring medium and low viscosity liquids commonly. The pump produce higher flow that considering its volume. Vane pump pumping the liquid with vanes moving. The vane pumps composed of rotor, stator, vanes and a plate that has inlet ans outlet parts located on. The rotor is rotated by the electric motor. Meanwhile wanes opens under the influence of centrifugal force. Into contact with the stator. Stator is fixed, it does not rotate. When the rotor rotates, firstly bigger than smaller volumes are formed. In other word absorbed and pressed the volume. In this system design is affected by many parameters. In this study, mechanical construction behavior for variable displacement vane pump are investigated and dynamic response are made. Instead of using theorical calculating; experimental techniques are used for transfer functions. With using a program is written in MATLAB©; pressure-rpm test results are transferred with Fast Fourier Transformation. Fuction parametres are made up with transfer function line and accepting the pressure into second-degree. Dynamic response fuction for pressure are made and the design are directed with this function.
