Abstract (EN)
Commercial enterprise is main conception of commercial law. Transaction of ownership of commercial enterprise which is provided with such an important in terms of commercial law, is also important in commercial life. With the Turkish Commerial Code, no: 6102, transfer of commercial enterprise has enfolded the organization with a different from. In this study, it will be tried to examine the transfer of commercial enterprise in Turkish law in light of national and international regulations, in compliance with the transaction order, in depth from start to finish. Also in this study, it will be mentioned about influence of transfer of commercial enterprise on the other fields of private law.
