Abstract (EN)
In this study, fatigue life of steel wheels for commercial vehicles under dynamic service loads was investigated. By using finite element analysis results and calculation method, Wöhler diagram of the stress concentration area on the wheel was generated and fatigue life was calculated. The correlation between the fatigue life of wheel prototypes after performed tests and calculated values was studied.
