Abstract (EN)

It should be well known responses to drought stress of cultivars and landraces used as genetic resources in the development of drought resisant varieties in wheat. This research was conducted with 22 bread wheat landraces and five bread wheat cultivars under irrigated and late drought stress in Tokat-Kazova conditions. In the study, significant differences were determined among bread wheat genotypes in terms of the investigated traits generally in both irrigated conditions and late drought stress conditions, it has been determined that increase plant height, spike length, protein rate, flag leaf and grain ash content, chlorophyll content and Zeleny sedimentation value, late drought stress applied decrease grain yield, thousand grain weight, hectolitre weight, lodging rate, waxy value and leaf relative water content, according to water conditions, Average grain yields of bread wheat genotypes decreased by 28.7% in the first year, 20.3% in the second year in drought stress conditions compared to the irrigated conditions. According to the drought tolerance index landraces Calı basıran in terms of thousand-seed weight and grain yield, TGB 000534 in terms of leaf relative water content, according to Rank analysis landraces, TGB 003232 and Ak sunteri were prominent in terms of drought tolerance at late development stages. In both irrigated conditions and late drought stress conditions, landraces TGB 003232, Ormece, TGB 003249, TGB 000526, TGB 000521 and TGB 000543 in terms of grain yield, TGB 003248, Calı basıran, Dimenit ve Zerun in terms of protein rate, TR 48371, TGB 003232 and TR 63581 in terms of leaf relative water content, TGB 003232, Ormece and Zerun in terms of flag leaf ash content, TGB 000521 and Calı basıran in terms of grain ash content, TGB 003232 and Zerun in terms of waxy value were prominent, TGB 003232 landrace had the lowest lodging rate in terms of lodging rate which is an important problem in landraces in the both experiment. In terms of obtaining wheat with high quality and yield, it has been determined that the prominent genotypes can be used as genitor in breeding studies.
