Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out during the 2015-2016 vegetation period in order to determine the yield and quality parameters of Tokat-Artova conditions of 20 bread wheat cultivars. The experimental design was set up as four replications, according to Randomized Complete Block Design. The experiment parcels were planted in 4.0 square meters of area and 500 plants per square meter. The experiment was performed on November 5, 2015, with 20 cm row spacing by hand, with a row of winter-resistant Bezostaja species planted between each row and no space between the plots. The fertilizer was calculated as 10 kg N and 6 kg P2O5 per decar. All of the phosphorus fertilizer was applied at sowing while nitrogen fertilizer was splitted to ½ of N at sowing and ½ of N at before jointing stage. In the study; parameters such as the number of spikes, number of spikelets, number of spikelets, single spike yield, thousand kernel weight, hectoliter weight, harvest index, protein amount and Zeleny sedimentation value were investigated. Significant differences were found between the varieties in terms of grain yield according to one-year results, and the yield varied between 285.1- 451.4 kg/da. The highest grain yield was obtained from Nacibey with 451.4 kg/da, but Krasunia Odeska variety has produced the lowest grain yield with 285.1 kg/da. On the other hand, the highest protein ratio was obtained from Ekiz (13.1%) and Tahirova (12.6%) varieties. Bağcı-2002, Aldane and Kate A1 varieties came to the fore in terms of Zeleny sedimentation value.
