Abstract (EN)
In the study conducted in 2018-2019, more than 100 trees were screened and according to criteria such as tree structures, disease and pest-free, fruit weight, and fruit-removal-force, 23 genotypes with superior characteristics were selected among them. Then, the thesis data were obtained from the results of morphological, phenological and pomological measurement made in 23 genotypes. In the studied genotypes, the bud swelling date was between 12-19 April, the beginning of harvest between 30 June –4 July and the end of harvest date between 25-30 July. Fruit width ranged from 15.28 to 21.38 mm, fruit length from 21.39 to31.65 mm, fruit stem length from 0.43 to4.13 mm, and fruit weight from 3.19 to7.69 g. In 83% of the genotypes studied, the soluble solid content value was found to be above 15.00%. Titratable acidity values were found between 2.12-3.72%. Total amount of phenolic substance was between 1496.49-3664.24 µg gae / g ta, total antioxidant capacity between 5.83- 11.52 µmol te / g ta and total monomeric anthocyanin amount between 18.73-49.88 µg cy-3-glu / g ta. In 70% of the genotypes studied, the vitamin c value was found to be above 70.00 mg /100 g. As a result of weighted grading, genotypes scored between 120 and 380. As the result of the study, promising genotypes has been found important in terms of preserving genetic resources, propagation and presenting them to the producer and shedding light on future studies. Mer6, Koc, Mer3, Mer7, Cam, Yel and Kem genotypes that had the highest value in the selection study were recommended to the producers.
