Investigation of the land association of Tokat Niksar korulu village for agricultural infrastructure

This study was carried out on 227.22 ha area of 318 farms in terms of agricultural infrastructure services of land consolidation in Korulu village of Niksar District of Tokat. The consolidation of small parcels fragmented due to land consolidation, the size of the parcels before and after the consolidation, the shareholder status of the parcels, the number of parcels of enterprises, the average parcel size, the number of parcels with no access, the lengths of the parcels to reach the parcels and the aggregation rate were investigated. With the consolidation, the number of parcels; While 274 units, it has fallen to 241. The surface area of the old parcel is 8.230 m2 while the area of the new parcel is 8 789.28 m2. While the average size of the old enterprise was 7.15, the new average enterprise size was 6.65. All parcels within the application area have benefited from the newly created road and open channel network. The length of the road is 7 672.02 m and it is 19 942.83 m. In the former case, the parcel rate directly benefiting from the transportation system was 27%, whereas in the new case it was 100%. The number of parcels benefiting from the irrigation network is also 100% in the new case. With the project, a total of 227.22 ha of land was leveled.
