Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to determine whether toxic and chaotic leadership affects the level of burnout on the employees. In this study, which is studied the relationship between toxic leadership and chaotic leadership practices', which is shaped in chaotic organization, of employee performance in, the data which is collected with the questionnaire, which is proffered 212 employees who are selected by convenience sampling method from Istanbul region, of "The Scale of Relationship Between Toxic And Chaotic Leaders With The Burnout Levels of Employees " is subjected to statistical analysis. In this study, the effects of toxic and chaotic leadership characteristics on employees' burnout levels were examined and some suggestions were made to explain the relationship between toxic and chaotic leadership and levels of burnout. As a result of the study, it has been determined that toxic and chaotic leader styles have direct and positive effects on the burnout levels of employees'
