Total quality management approach and the study that is about nurse?s ouality approachment at Bolu İzzet Baysal Woman Birth and Disease of Children Hospital

The study aimed to investigate the results of Total Qality Management studies which is one the modern management techniques end due to increasing improtance of qality.At first, the related literature was searched thoroughly and information about Total Qality Management were collected. Theoretical data brought up the importance of establishing quality targets and standards, making continuous improvement, developing communication skills to have productive organization and increasing employee motivation in consideration. In the implementation phase, data were collected by surveys which was constructed by the researcher.
