Elements of total quality management and elements of the relationship between the education and business performance

Our study namely Elements of Total Quality Management and Elements of the relationship between the education and business performance and Inquiry Survey Application with Measurement in MSEs" is generally built up with three main parts and an additional Inquiry survey evaluation part. In the fırst part, Total Quality Aspect is entirely evaluated. Having been evaluated the quality aspect, it has been found out that quality has same effects on every business, although it showed some differences respect to companies and time. This effect is defıned as positive effect in the fırm' s performance.İn the second part., Training in Total Quality Management Approach; Training the qualified human power in education is only possible with catching up the universal standarts which makes the adminisration more effective, which gives uttermost importancet to cooperation , which puts human in the centre.Lastly, third part evaluated the company' s performance in the perspective of TQM generally. Firstly what the performance of a business means for the business. is described. The issues that should be particularly considered in the performance increase measurements subsequently occured after quality applications in the entire company, are studied and in order for the fındings to be analyzed properly, characteristics of the appropriate reports are stated. As a consequence, it is ascertained that the results of the inquiry applications matched vvith the increase in the company's performance vwhich was said in the third part.Keywords: Education, Quality, Performance, Leadership, Customer-Focused, Kaizen
