Abstract (EN)
To produce quality goods has been a necessary thing under the circumstances of global world?s intensive competition. In this work, the Statistical Process Control and its position in Total Quality Management that the competing firms need to apply under these circumstances have been examined. Furthermore, the techniques and the tools of Statistical Process Control, the meaning of quality, special and common cause variations, seven new Statistical Process Control tools, capability analyze and developing process have been analyzed. In this work it?s emphasized that, in order to obtain the quality that is indispensable element of Total Quality Management, collecting the data correctly and determining special cause variation are important. Against these variations, the process should be taken under control by having necessary cautions. Development should be obtained through determining the common cause variations in the process. These applications should be done through using the methods of Statistical Process Control.
