The effect of total qality management on organizational innovation: A field study

Today, businesses plan new strategies as a result of the globalization of competition and use techniques that increase buisness activity efficiency. In order for the product or service produced for customer needs and requests to be of high qualiyt, enterprises that implement total qualıty management, aiming at the partcipation of everone, starting from the top management to the employee, achieve efficient performance. Businesses turn their improvement and development activities into a continuous cycle in order to gain competitive advantage while applying total quality management. When developments and changes are provided continuously, the resistance that occurs within the business decreases. The purpose of this research; To reveal the effect of Total Quality Management On Organizational innovation. Demographic information from scale, Total Quality Management practices scale and Organizational innovation scale were used for the research. Active field studies were tried to be determined by the employees. Analyzes were performed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program and were studied at %95 confidence level. Independent groups t-test, ANOVA test, and Pearson correlation were used in the anlayses. As a result of the findings obtained from the analyzes, it was concluded that TQM practices affect Organizational Innovation positively and significantly.
