Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of adding water to the total ration mixture (TMR) on feed temperature and microbial composition were investigated Approximately 90 kg of TMR was brought to the laboratory environment and a sample was taken for the beginning of the trial. The materials were then divided into 4 treatment groups. 1st group (60% DM), 2nd group (55% DM, 1.81 liters of water), 3rd group (50% DM, 4.0 liters water), 4th group (45% DM, 6.66 liters) of water was added. After the addition of water, feed samples were subjected to aerobic stability test at 24 oC and 30 oC for 48 hours, 3 replicates in each treatment group. At 0, 2, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours of aerobic stability, pH, dry matter (DM), lactic acid (LA), water soluble carbohydrate (WSC), lactic acid bacteria (LAB), yeast and mold counts were performed on the samples. Crude protein (CP), Ash, hemicellulose (Hcel), eter extract (EE), nötral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) analyzes were made for the nutrient composition of feeds at the 0th and 48th hours of the study. In addition to these, T200IR branded thermal camera was used to display the total ration mixture samples and the data obtained were evaluated in ThermaCAM software program. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the DM content of TMR is an effective factor on aerobic stability, and the temperature increase and yeast content are higher in TMR's containing 45% and 50% DM.
