Abstract (EN)
To keep up with developing technology has turned out to be mission from being vision. That's why companies purpose to both survive and go forward by making revisions on their managements. Starting from here, it is tackled, the company which was making breakdown maintenance (repairing jobs) in the beginning, switched to TPM keeping up with growingly changing technology. Purpose of this study is to prioritise the criterias of the software will be selected to be able to simplify TPM implementation. In this study, Total Productive Maintence actions have been applied to 7/24 running process. Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to be able to select an appropriate maintenance software for the system. Just before selecting the suitable programme, criterias should be included in a maintenance programme have been determined. By making the analyze using AHP, preferred two criterias which should exist in the maintenance programme will be selected have been determined. System Diagram preperaed right after selecting the maintenance programme and controlled whether it is suitable for the facility.After making the system diagram, problems have been identified and solutions have been found. Problem has been eliminated with process improvement actions and a new design is created. This design is converted to project and actualised. Project has been named as "Auto Sampler Kit". Employees of related company contributed on TPM jobs and workshops, in this way system is improved with solidarity and cooperation. Significant contributions made to the process about productivity and efficiency isuues.
