Abstract (EN)
With increased migration to cities from rural, expectations and needs related to housing is increasing day by day. Besides this, the requirement of old structures' rebuilding in major cities such as urban transformation and renovation is causing an increase in demand for housing. In order to meet this need, the production of mass housings is rapidly increasing in recent years. Here at this point, TOKI engages lots of mass housings production projects in many parts of Turkey. TOKI's housings are for people of different economic and socio-cultural levels. In this study, it's aimed to determine the user experiences level of people residents in Istanbul Kayaşehir TOKİ's housings. In the scope of research, surveys for 300 public housing residents were organized and results were analyzed with SPSS 22.0. According to conclusions reached, it's concluded that the level of user experiences differs based on demographics.
