Abstract (EN)

Soccer game has its own features slightly different from the other sports. Endurance in soccer reflects the features of a soccer game. Soccer specific endurance is a structure that includes continuously alterations of speed and direction in every 2-3 sec. as well as low and high density activities of running and the other exercises in the match. Furthermore soccer has a capability of doing the high density exercises and sprints without any declining of the performance. Physological answers of the soccer players during a soccer match explain the intensity of the match. These answers are heart rates and blood lactate concentrations of the soccer players in a soccer match. Lactate concentration during a match is nearly 4 mMol/l (1,15,16,17,18,19,20,21). Close to the physiological responses to exercise in a soccer game, for example load 4 mmol / l in the vicinity to use intensity to improve the durability of the players may be more specific to soccer. Behind this, soccer players run continously through 90 minutes, which is speed and directional altered running with or without a ball. Not only running performance is important but also ability performance with ball is important. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the aerobic and anaerobic threshold trainings in the small-sided games to the endurance performance of soccer specific game, to the anaerobic threshold speed (AnEH) and to the match performance, and to compare the both of the methods.In this study 18 male soccer players playing in the Manisa 1 st Amateur U-19 soccer league participated. In this study, different tests and measurements have applied both in the labaratory and in the field to determine the physiological and physical changings of the soccer players that occured after an 8 weeks training programme. Anaerobic threshold and heart rates of the players were determined through the answers of blood lactate concentrations and heart rates by the labaratory tests on treadmill. Anaerobic threshold speed was used to determine the effects of the both method, anaerobic threshold heart rates used for reference heart rates for AnE running and small-sided game training. Moreover, by technical analyses of the players during the match, the effects of the applied training methods over the match performances tried to be determined.This study, non ball AnE and AnE intensity in small-sided in the severity of the anaerobic threshold training game speed, Yo-Yo test performance of the soccer-specific development of resistance, both in this development differences between the training method. But without a ball game in small-sided game in the intensity AnE and AnE condition and technical skills training method, the match has different effects on performance due to describes this work.From the results of this study it will be suggested that endurance charecteristic can be developed by game trainings and besides, technical and tactical oriented development can be provided. Through time economy can be provided by applying both the endurance training and technical and tactical training at the same time.
